This photo was taken from the “Skywalk” of John Hancock Observatory located 1,000 ft above The Magnificent Mile in Chicago. The Skywalk is an open-air walkway along the side of the John Hancock building that faces Willis Tower. In theory, this is a cool idea. But, in practice, the windows are just replaced with a mesh screen. I wasn’t so sure whether the photos will look good. However, at f/2.0 the mesh simply vanished.
