What is common with the third largest chandelier in the world made of millions of Swarovski crystals, ninety-six columns made of marble and inlaid with mother of pearl, and subtle fibre-optic lighting? They are part of the interiors of Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and they all come together in the photo below.
A closer look at the walls left me speechless with a deep respect for the artist.
